Lairg & District Learning Centre offers lifelong learning opportunities to communities across rural Sutherland. These include recreational classes, to help combat social isolation, and educational / certificated employability and educational training. For the past 18 months we have been in receipt of funding from the Climate Challenge Fund. This has allowed us to offer a range of community classes, workshops and events, to raise awareness of climate change and how any behaviour modification can make a difference.
